Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Diana is Chief Financial Officer at Independent International, expertly managing our finances on a daily basis. Di joined our team in 2021, after leaving a high ranking position in Delhi. As one of our first team members, Diana claims she ‘did it first’!

Faye Kajent

Artist Manager

Faye joined our team in 2023 and, since then, has become a major part of our Artist Management Team. In that time, she has made real friends here and feels like she can ‘touch the sky’!

Executive of Artistic Talent (EAT)

As Executive of Artistic Talent, Rob is responsible for identifying, reaching out to and recruiting musicians who ‘fit the bill’ of Independent International. Rob is always hungry to find talent, describing himself as a ‘worldwide’ recruiter.

Marketing and Public Relations

Liz is one of our newest team members, joinig us in December 2025 after years of us scouting her. It was about damn time! Liz brings weighty experience to marketing and plays a large impact on our firm’s success.

Bai Raychell

Artist Manager

Bai is one of our most exciting Artist Managers, bringing in talent from a wide variety of genres. Bai performs best under pressure, and describes his recruitment process as one based on ‘logic’.

Millie Rocker

Workplace Legal Representitive (WLR)

Millie is an experienced WLR, providing in-house legal advice, support and guidance for our team. Millie’s role is essential to Independent International, assuring both us and our artists remain on the right side of the law!

Ty Amarks

Artist Relations Manager

Ty manages artist relations at Independent International, ensuring our musicians are happy, and that no issues arise. Ty claims his role is so varied that every day feels like a ‘freestyle’, which he excels at!

Ray Sissman

IT Specialist

Ray is the newest addition to our team, heading up our IT Department. Ray brings a wealth of experience with him, and is responsible for IT Support and updating, improving and maintaining our website.
